SITE LOCATION & DEVELOPMENT

RSE provides civil and environmental engineering, analysis, and permitting services for a variety of industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Projects have included mining and excavation, a commercial marina, office and professional developments, a federal highway entrance, residential properties and subdivisions, biomass-to-energy facilities, municipal waste-to-energy facilities, coal-fired power plant, oil and gas distribution site, major fish processing facility, waste oil recycling, private residential projects in the coastal zone, and construction and demolition debris recycling facilities.
