ENVIRONMENTAL AUDITS / SITE ASSESSMENTS

RSE provides environmental audit and site assessment services for a variety of industrial and commercial properties and facilities. Environmental audits consist of a review of facility operations, environmental documentation, and permits to identify potential regulatory compliance issues and environmental risks. RSE recommends cost-effective solutions to resolve potential issues in an environmentally sound manner. Environmental site assessments (ESAs) are generally performed for properties involved in financial transactions in order to identify potential liabilities for the presence of hazardous substances. A Phase I ESA consists of a thorough review of the site history and environmental records and a site inspection. A Phase II ESA involves surface and subsurface investigations and recommends remedial measures at contaminated sites. A Phase III ESA involves actual remediation. RSE performs Phase I and Phase II ESAs and provides Phase III site remediation services.
